Goals Assessment

We dig in with you and get to know what you and your prospects goals are for the effort, we review these goals with an eye towards action and execution. We help you define possible paths to these goals and best way to get there.

Information Gathering

We work with your team to gather all relevant information, whether it be RFP details, questions that need answering, documentation, platform information, toolset access, product roadmap etc. It's in this phase where we really define the problems.

Business Objectives

Business objectives and “goals” aren’t always the same thing. Business objectives are those pieces that stakeholders need to evaluate and understand on their way to the goals of the marketing team. Our senior team helps agencies assess all objectives and make sure the right questions are asked to thoroughly define the problems being solved and potential refine goals as a result.

Needs Analysis

We help to define a clear punch list of needs based on goals and objectives and tied directly to limitations that may exist to provide a clear picture of the solution to the problem being solved and how best to solve it. The needs analysis lays the ground work for a scope of work.

Ideation / Creative

Our team goes to work developing concepts and ideas that will solve the problem and creating the assets needed to convey the approach and be able to pitch it and win. This includes design, creative writing, deck building and pitch training if needed.

RFp Review / writing

Our team with over 20 years of agency senior leadership is well-versed in the RFP process and how to be efficient at it. We assist with review of RFPs for our partners, defining the right questions to ask, properly researching solutions and putting together a plan to win.

We also act as a partner in the RFP writing process, making sure out partners properly develop the RFP to eliminate as much of the guesswork as possible for vendors who may respond to it.

SWOT Analysis

Sometimes our partners need another voice in the room to make sure that the right decisions are being made and the right info being conveyed. We often act as a “Fly on the wall” in stakeholder sessions to capture information, review the projects being considered and providing an analysis of the value and risks.

As a partner we help your team consider the projects core needs as it related to content strategy and the delivery of that content to yield the end result they are looking for.

This is usually a combination of good information architecture, a clear content strategy related to goals and a well considered user experience tied to type of user, devices and design patterns to deliver.

Design / Development Partner

As a design /development partner, we apply our internal design and development team and possibly any specialists in our partner pool for the specific requirements of your project and it's needs.

In many cases we help define those needs and fullfill them. This can include pieces of the process or the entire process if needed. Our team scales to meet your needs and help deliver end product that is ready for your clients eyes.
